Our Spirit Life minister's training program is designed to cater to individuals with a sincere desire to expand their understanding of ministry and deepen their connection with God.

What to expect?

Join us for an enriching 12-week semester of Ministerial Training led by Dr. Tarver-Bishop. In this course, students will dive deep into the wisdom of the Word of God through enlightening teachings, foundational study materials, and engaging assignments and tests.

Certification & Ordination

Upon successful completion of the course, all participants will receive a certificate of completion. However, please note that the opportunity for ordination as pastors and ministers is available exclusively to those who apply for the ordination process. Students may also request an official transcript by sending an email to mti@spiritlifechurchla.org.

About

This 60-credit theology course delves into key biblical teachings and Christian doctrine, emphasizing foundational topics such as the nature of God, the study of the Old and New Testaments, spiritual gifts, and Christian life principles. It also explores deeper aspects of faith, including communion with the Triune God, healing and deliverance, prophetic worship, and the role of believers in the New Covenant, all while integrating practical ministry skills and ethical teachings. SLST will be using a new system that includes a non-refundable technology annual fee of $100. This amount is already included in your tuition.
