Foundational Courses

• THE113: Learn & Identify The Strongman (3 Credits) In the two parallel passages of Matthew 12:29 and Luke 11:21–22, Jesus called the demonic presence a “strongman.” Who is the strongman? What is his name? What does he do? The Spiritual Strongman Course is designed to help individuals build inner strength through a deeper understanding of spiritual principles, combining practical exercises with powerful teachings to foster resilience and personal growth.

• THE114: Ministry of the Holy Spirit (3 Credits) This study focuses on the ministry of the Holy Spirit, spiritual fruit, and Advanced analysis of major New Testament writings (Gospels, Acts, Epistles, Revelation) for SLST students. Emphasizes understanding historical/literary context, key theological themes, and principles of exegetical interpretation. Builds on survey-level knowledge.

• THE115: The Apostles' Doctrine (3 Credits) What did the apostles teach? Dr. Esther Mallett, in her book, expounds these wonderful Truths and makes them living and applicable for the believer today.

• THE117: In-Depth Study New Testament Advanced analysis of major New Testament writings (Gospels, Acts, Epistles, Revelation) for SLST students. Emphasizes understanding historical/literary context, key theological themes, and principles of exegetical interpretation. Builds on survey-level knowledge

• THE137: Present Day Truth in the Last Day (3 Credits) This course focuses on biblical prophecy and its relevance to contemporary world events, equipping students to discern the signs of the times. It delves into the urgency of spiritual preparedness as the Church anticipates Christ’s return.

• THE220: The Spirit Filled Life (3 Credits) This course examines the vital role and activity of the Holy Spirit in the present age. Students will explore biblical teachings regarding the Spirit's work in salvation, sanctification, empowerment for ministry, guidance, and the manifestation of gifts within the Church today. • MIN114: Intercessory Prayer (3 Credits) The Intercessory Prayer course equips participants with a deep understanding of the power and purpose of praying on behalf of others. It provides practical tools, biblical insights, and a spiritual framework for effective intercession in both personal and corporate prayer settings.

• THE150: The Name of God (3 credits) The course explores how God's name is defined and revealed throughout Scripture. Students will examine the meaning of key Old Testament names, the New Testament understanding related to the Godhead, the authority in the name of Jesus, and the significance of the Triune name (Father, Son, Holy Spirit).

• THE124: Biblical Counseling (3 Credits) This is a must-have for every Christian worker. This course gives guidance and direction for every issue in life. God has an answer in His Word for every need. This is a certified course.

• THE125: Christianity vs. World Religions (3 Credits) We live in a multicultural world, and many world religions conflict with Christianity. How do we witness to people of other cultures? This course will give you an understanding of reaching out to those not in Judeo-Christian culture.

• THE127: The Book of Daniel (3 Credits) This course explores the life and times of the prophet Daniel during the exile, examines prophecies fulfilled within history as recorded in his book, and delves into Daniel's crucial end-time prophetic visions. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of God's sovereign plan revealed through historical context and future prediction.

• THE133: Knowing God's Voice (3 Credits) This course delves into the attributes and character of God as revealed in Scripture. Students will explore His holiness, justice, love, and sovereignty, deepening their understanding of His nature and voice and how it shapes Christian faith and practice.

• MIN 112: Prophetic New Testament Explores the role and function of prophecy and prophetic gifts within the New Testament church. This course examines key biblical texts (Acts, Epistles) to understand prophecy's impact on early church life and mission, considering its relevance today.

• MIN 115: Ephesians This course provides an in-depth study of Paul's letter to the Ephesians, exploring its major themes including the nature of the Church as the Body of Christ, spiritual blessings, unity between Jews and Gentiles, walking in the Spirit, spiritual warfare, and practical household instructions. Students will gain insights into God's eternal purpose and the believer's position in Christ.

• MIN117: Strategic Spiritual Warfare II (3 Credits) This course delves deeper into advanced spiritual combat techniques, equipping believers with the tools and knowledge to confront and overcome demonic forces and strongholds. Through biblical teachings, practical strategies, and prayer exercises, participants gain the confidence to engage in effective spiritual warfare and achieve victory in their personal and communal lives.
