Minister's Training Class facilitates academic and practical application of ministry. This 8-week course is designed to transform followers into leaders and leaders into agents of change. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

Recognize and Develop Leadership Potential: Identify and harness their leadership potential, overcoming self-doubt and societal barriers.
Understand the Role of Character in Leadership: Understand the importance of character in leadership and how values, morals, ethics, and principles shape effective leadership.
Transform from Follower to Leader: Develop strategies for personal transformation, moving from being a follower to becoming a leader and an agent of change.
Apply Leadership Principles for Personal Success: Integrate ethical principles and strong character into their leadership practices to foster both personal and professional success.
Understand the Biblical Foundation of the Believer’s Authority: Analyze the scriptural basis for the authority believers have in Christ, drawing on key passages from the Bible.
Apply Authority in Daily Life: Demonstrate practical ways believers can use their authority over challenges, sickness, and other life situations.
Understand the Will of God as determined in scripture: Be able to determine the will of God in matters not specifically dealt with in scripture.
Use scriptural methods of decision making: Have the knowledge to be able to correct wrong decisions.

The expectation is spiritual growth, discernment, and to be launched into purpose.

Final Assignment / Exam

The final assessment of the course will encompass a wide range of topics discussed throughout the course. Final Exam will be provided along with review of materials.
